Reservation:
For the booking of a room we ask you to send a written confirmation by email or fax. A definite reservation will be made after receipt of the deposit.

Cancellation and holiday cancellation insurance cover: Just in case!
Cancellation is free until 28 days before arrival. Otherwise, late arrival, early departure, postponement of the vacation or non-arrival 70% of the agreed halfboard price (or 90% of the agreed price for bed and breakfast or 100% of the agreed price for overnight without meals) will be charged (regardless of the reason). The cancellation conditions apply regardless of whether the cancelled rooms are passed on to third parties in whole or in part.

Travel cancellation insurance
We recommend the European travel cancellation insurance of our partner Hogast! This covers all cancellation costs in case of accident, illness, death (also of close relatives) etc. Under the following link you can read through the exact insurance coverage and take out the insurance: Hogast

Check-in from 2.30 pm: You are welcome to arrive in the morning and make yourself comfortable in our lounge, on the terrace or in the pool area. Meanwhile, you can park your car here and participate in our breakfast buffet (€ 15, - per person until 10.30 clock) or set off on a small excursion to the village. We will definitely try to get your room ready as soon as possible.

Check-out until 10.30 am: You are welcome to use our hotel facilities (pool and spa area) after the check-out.

Late arrivals: For arrivals after 19.00 o'clock we ask you to inform us early by email or telephone to clarify details such as dinner and so on

Half board: If you do not attend dinner, we ask you to inform us in the morning and we will not charge you Euro 26, -.

Room with breakfast: Menu price for guests who have booked overnight stays: € 26, - p.P. (if the menu is chosen in the morning). With menu choice in the evening the "à la carte" prices apply.

Afternoon snack: from 2 pm to 4.30 pm we offer homemade cakes and cold meats from our buffet. For guests who only booked BB a charge of Euro 8, - per person will be applied.
We consciously decided against a "big, complete" buffet in the afternoon. The South Tyrolean culture includes a stop in our over 250 alpine Huts and Cabins in the Merano Mountains. We also support them so that they can enrich our beautiful hikes for a long time, cultivate alpine meadows and healthy forests and do not have to close them, as unfortunately it is the case in many parts of the Alps ...

Dress Code:  In accordance with the style of the Golserhof we welcome casual but elegant wear. We kindly ask you not to come to dinner with shorts.

Pets: In the Golserhof we take dogs by prior agreement at a daily rate (depending on the size) of: Euro 12, - (up to 12 kg), Euro 16- (12-25 kg) and Euro 23, - (25-35 kg) for special cleaning (without food). We ask for your understanding that four-legged pets in principle have no access to the dining and swimming area. Dogsitter on request!

Smoker: We have set up the cozy smoking lounge in the hotel lobby for you. Our hotel rooms as well as the public areas and the terrace during the mealtimes are smoke-free zones.

Payment: You can pay by cash, check, traveler's checks, credit card (VISA or Mastercard) or Eurocard.
